Impact Value Analysis Utility

The Impact Value Analysis Utility (IVU) is a program that will print out the true impact values for your track, based upon the sample of races in your Plus V database. Impact values are generated for virtually all of the Plus V handicapping factors. You can direct the program to look at sprints, routes, maidens, non-maidens, specific claiming levels, and other restrictions. You no longer need to rely on the National Average Impact Values. Speed handicappers have long known the importance of accurate local speed figures for their tracks; the IVU program provides the same thing for the impact value handicapper.
