Morning-Liner for Windows continues the Morning-Liner tradition in the Windows environment. Morning-Liner for Windows is a manual-entry program that faithfully implements the classic Morning-Liner Revised handicapping method. Options are provided to implement the Ultimate enhancements as well. Morning-Liner for Windows is not designed, however, to include the standard Plus features, such as the Robot Handicapper, database, or user-customization of handicapping factors. Also, Morning-Liner for Windows does not interface to BRIS. Races may be saved to disk and re-loaded or re-handicapped, however, allowing real-time adjustments for late scratches, or race post-mortems. In order to effectively utilize Morning-Liner for Windows, you should be familiar with either of Paul Peterson's books: Morning-Liner Revised or Morning-Liner Ultimate. (See Plus V User's Manual for information on where to obtain these books).
