Terms and Conditions

Handicapping  Programs are those that are used to predict the
outcome of a race.  These come with a no-nonsense 30-day money-back
guarantee.  You do not have to submit a complicated "workout" in order
to receive a refund; just be sure that  you return all materials
in their original condition within 30 days of the time that you sign
for  your order.   There is a $25 re-stocking fee for marked up or
damaged manuals.

Handicapping Tools are generally research tools and utilities
that supplement the Handicapper's primary weapon.  Tool and DEMO
software is NOT returnable, but most tools have either a DEMO version
that you may try  (if mentioned in flyer), or are normally
purchased by owners of related software.  The purchase price of DEMO
software may be applied toward the purchase price of that software's
full version within 30 days of DEMO purchase.

We are not equipped to handle overnight mail.  Please allow
three to four weeks for delivery. Our programs are intended for serious
long-term players, only. Please do not overnight to us, or expect
overnight delivery. Patience is a virtue. If you need a quick
fix, please check the advertisements in the Daily Racing Form.
