Scan

Handicappers have long wondered if they could optically scan the Daily Racing Form's results charts or past performances, in order to economically build a database.

The short answer is "no".

Missing Link's original handicapping program was released in response to this problem back in 1988. Years later, it still remains the lowest cost solution for a developer/handicapper to build their own database.
